Position Overview

As a Project Manager at Kayana Creative, you will lead end-to-end project delivery—planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing—while ensuring quality, budget, scope, and timelines are met. You will manage day-to-day client communication, translate requirements into clear execution plans, coordinate internal resources, and proactively mitigate risks. When needed, you will collaborate with the creative/production team to support on-set direction for photo and video shoots to keep deliverables on-brief and on-brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage clients on a daily basis and maintain clear, timely communication (meetings, calls, written updates).
  • Define project requirements and translate them into actionable briefs, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Develop detailed project plans and budgets; track progress, scope, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (design, content, video, web) to design, develop, and deploy deliverables.
  • Supervise cross-functional teams and monitor progress against KPIs and deadlines.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards and brand guidelines.
  • Communicate priorities to the team; ensure all members are aligned with delegated tasks.
  • Identify risks and issues early; propose and execute mitigation plans.
  • Prepare and deliver client-ready presentations, reports, and post-mortems.
  • When required, support creative/production direction for photo/video shoots to keep execution aligned with concept and timeline.
  • Contribute to pitching and proposal development; collaborate with Account teams on new opportunities.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Project Officer/Project Manager in a Digital Agency, Startup, or Tech company.
  • Proficiency with Project Management tools (e.g., Asana/Trello/Jira/ClickUp) and Google Workspace.
  • Familiar with Content Management Systems and creative production workflows.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Knowledge of UX/UI or technical concepts is a strong plus.
  • Strong organization, time management, risk management, and documentation skills.
  • Excellent communication and team leadership; able to coordinate multi-stakeholder projects.
  • Comfortable working with creative teams and, when needed, supporting photo/video shoot direction to align output with the brief.
  • Problem-solver with a proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset.

Location
Bali, with flexibility for online and onsite meetings as needed.

You will collaborate with our creative and strategy teams, oversee content direction, and drive measurable growth and engagement across multiple platforms for our clients.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute data-driven social media strategies across platforms.
  • Lead social content calendars for multiple clients.
  • Align content strategy with business goals, campaigns, and brand positioning.
  • Stay ahead of platform updates, trends, and algorithm changes.
  • Write engaging captions, hooks, and CTAs that convert.
  • Oversee creative direction, tone, and visual identity across platforms.
  • Collaborate with design, video, and copy teams to deliver high-performing content.
  • Drive audience growth, engagement, and community building.
  • Ensure all deliverables are on-brand, on-time, and on-brief.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of social media experience (agency or multi-brand preferred).
  • Proven track record of growing and managing multiple accounts.
  • Strong grasp of content trends, performance analytics, and platform best practices.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Very creative and passionate about social media content.
  • Eye for aesthetics, layout, and brand voice.
  • Strategic mindset: not just posting, but planning and optimizing.
  • Based in Bali / Willing to relocate to Bali.

This internship will give you valuable insights into agency life and practical skills in social media management.

  • Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling engaging social media content (feeds, reels, stories).
  • Monitor social media channels and support interaction with audiences.
  • Help execute campaigns that align with brand identity and positioning.
