Position Overview
As an Account Manager at Kayana Creative, you will be the main point of contact between our clients and internal team. Your role is to build strong relationships with clients, ensure their needs are met on time and with quality, while also actively supporting pitching and business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients.
- Maintain regular communication with clients (meetings, calls, chats).
- Understand client needs and translate them into clear briefs for the creative team.
- Coordinate project timelines and monitor production progress.
- Deliver work to clients and manage feedback or revisions.
- Assist in pitching to new clients (presentations, proposals).
- Promote upselling opportunities and maintain high client satisfaction for long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate closely with creative and strategy teams to ensure excellent results.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, account management, sales, project coordination, or hospitality (Guest Relations, Front Office, Sales Executive).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, polite, professional, and clear.
- Service mindset: patient, empathetic, proactive problem-solver.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
- Comfortable using digital tools (email, WhatsApp, Google Docs/Sheets).
- Willingness to learn quickly about creative processes and agency services.
- Experience in agency, hospitality, or premium F&B will be a strong advantage.
Location
Bali with flexibility for online and onsite meetings as needed.
