About this project
Bali Beer Cycle (BBC) is more than just a party on wheels—it’s a mobile social experience set against the backdrop of Bali’s vibrant streets. As a unique offering in Bali’s tourism scene, BBC needed a brand narrative and digital presence that could match the energy of its rides while building long-term value through storytelling.
Kayana Creative was brought on board to shape, refine, and elevate the brand—from social content and paid strategy to brand positioning and communication direction.

The Brief
BBC challenged Kayana Creative to create a social media presence that truly reflected their offering: fun, immersive, and memorable. More than just showcasing bikes and beer, the brand wanted to shift perception toward “group experience meets adventure”. Our brief covered full-service digital support: content creation, Meta Ads strategy, platform management, brand messaging, and creative direction—including public-facing communication touchpoints both online and offline.
The Solution
We approached the project with an integrated mindset—combining creative production, data-driven ad strategy, and strategic brand communication. From crafting dynamic content that captures real rider energy, to running lead-gen ads for group bookings, and even consulting on their brand tone, our work helped BBC grow into a lifestyle experience with a more inclusive appeal. We also provided recommendations to improve website conversion, email campaign messaging, and partner collaboration decks for B2B opportunities.
Study Case
One of our key campaigns involved repositioning BBC ahead of Bali’s peak holiday season. We shifted the narrative from party-centric visuals to “celebrating togetherness”—targeting birthdays, reunions, and casual group travelers. We produced vibrant Reels showcasing laughs, cheers, and candid moments onboard. Paid ads were targeted to travelers already in Bali and short-stay expats.
Results:
+40% increase in Instagram and Facebook engagement during the campaign window.
2.5x ROI from Meta Ads conversion on direct bookings
Surge in inquiries from birthday group tours and mixed demographics
This success proved that with the right story, even a niche product can speak to a broader, more loyal audience.
