Position: Assistant Project Executive
Location: Denpasar, Bali – Indonesia
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

  1. Project Coordination: Assist in coordinating project activities, including project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation. Collaborate with the project team to ensure project deliverables are met within the defined timeline and budget.
  2. Documentation and Reporting: Support in maintaining project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and other relevant project documents. Prepare regular reports summarizing project progress, milestones, and any potential risks or issues.
  3. Stakeholder Communication: Assist in maintaining effective communication with project stakeholders, including clients, team members, and external vendors. Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure follow-up actions are taken.
  4. Quality Control: Contribute to quality control processes to ensure project deliverables meet the defined standards and client expectations. Assist in conducting project reviews and identifying areas for improvement.
  5. Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the project team, including scheduling meetings, arranging travel, preparing expense reports, and handling project-related correspondence.

Requirements:

  1. Education and Experience: A bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not required. Prior experience in project coordination or an administrative role is a plus.
  2. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet project deadlines. Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and completeness in project documentation.
  3. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels. Ability to listen actively and convey information clearly and concisely.
  4. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and address project-related issues promptly and proactively. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to find practical solutions and mitigate risks.
  5. Team Player: Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively within a team. Willingness to support the project team and contribute to a positive work environment.
