Position: Assistant Project Executive
Location: Denpasar, Bali – Indonesia
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities:
- Project Coordination: Assist in coordinating project activities, including project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation. Collaborate with the project team to ensure project deliverables are met within the defined timeline and budget.
- Documentation and Reporting: Support in maintaining project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and other relevant project documents. Prepare regular reports summarizing project progress, milestones, and any potential risks or issues.
- Stakeholder Communication: Assist in maintaining effective communication with project stakeholders, including clients, team members, and external vendors. Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure follow-up actions are taken.
- Quality Control: Contribute to quality control processes to ensure project deliverables meet the defined standards and client expectations. Assist in conducting project reviews and identifying areas for improvement.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the project team, including scheduling meetings, arranging travel, preparing expense reports, and handling project-related correspondence.
Requirements:
- Education and Experience: A bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not required. Prior experience in project coordination or an administrative role is a plus.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet project deadlines. Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and completeness in project documentation.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels. Ability to listen actively and convey information clearly and concisely.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and address project-related issues promptly and proactively. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to find practical solutions and mitigate risks.
- Team Player: Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively within a team. Willingness to support the project team and contribute to a positive work environment.
